Kickboxing is a martial art that originated in Thailand. Using various kicks and punches, it is a great and fun way to learn how to protect yourself, and also to get into shape. It is a sport that combines a large number of different martial arts, such as Karate and Judo, to form a practical and realistic self-defence and fighting skill.
